Every life has a question. Every heart has an answer.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual and relationship therapy for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I work with are navigating stress, trauma, identity exploration, or major life transitions and are looking for a healing space where they can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with what feels true for them.
My work is grounded in emotion-focused and trauma-informed therapy, with a strong emphasis on authenticity and liberation practice. I believe emotions carry important information — not just about personal experiences, but about the systems, relationships, and expectations we’re living inside of. In therapy, we focus on understanding emotional patterns, building regulation skills, and gently unlearning what no longer serves you so that you can move through life with more clarity, choice, and self-trust.
I work from an affirming and collaborative lens, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, people in nontraditional relationships, and those experiencing burnout or chronic stress. My goal is to create a therapy space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink yourself — just show up as you are.
Therapy with me is relational, thoughtful, and paced to your needs. Together, we’ll focus on emotional awareness, practical tools, and reconnecting with your values so that your life feels more aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
